Eagle Mobile has started a Business Intelligence project with SAP BusinessObjects. This project entails the modelling of all Eagle Mobile-specific telecom processes with the SAP BusinessObjects tool. Existing models of all users will be transferred one by one to the active reporting environment. The users request a quick and flexible overview of the retrieved data, intuitive reporting settings via a dashboard, and above all the system is expected to deliver analytical reports. Eagle Mobile, connected to the Çalık Holding, is one of the three largest GSM companies in Albania.
